By accessing or using Go Spread The Word ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Go Spread The Word is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that enables users to share scripture and faith-based quotes across social media platforms. The Service includes:

• Daily scripture and quote delivery
• Image editor with text overlay capabilities
• Social media sharing tools
• Personal impact tracking and community statistics
• Charitable project funding allocation

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information
• Maintaining the security of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use

4. Subscription & Payments

The Service requires a monthly subscription of $3.99 USD. By subscribing you agree that:

• Your subscription will automatically renew each month
• You can cancel at any time with no penalty
• A portion of your subscription funds real-world mission projects
• Refunds are available within 7 days of payment for the current period

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share content that is hateful, discriminatory, or harmful
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Interfere with the Service's operation or security
• Use automated tools to access the Service
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

6. Content & Intellectual Property

Scripture quotes provided through the Service are sourced from publicly available Bible translations. Images created using the Service are for personal sharing purposes. The Go Spread The Word brand, design, and platform are the intellectual property of GSTW.

7. User-Generated Content

When you add personal messages to shared content, you retain ownership of your words. However, you grant GSTW a non-exclusive licence to display your content within the Service for community and impact statistics purposes.

8. Project Funding

A portion of subscription revenue is allocated to charitable projects as described in the app. GSTW makes reasonable efforts to ensure funds reach their intended projects. Users can prioritise which projects receive their contribution.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. GSTW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
